Your browser stores the theme preference, currency, and cart contents on your device. Saved products and comparison lists store product IDs in your browser. Store pages do not use an analytics service.
If you choose to continue directly on WhatsApp, the cart items, quantities, and price details are shared in a WhatsApp message. This option does not require contact details, and no purchase request is saved on the site beforehand.
If you choose to submit a saved purchase request, your name, phone number, city, address, optional notes, and item and price details are saved on the site server and can be accessed by the store team to process the request. The private tracking code is saved with the order and placed after the # in its tracking link. The link can show the order status, items, and total; it does not show contact details. The page does not save the code in browser local storage. For a non-demo saved order with a Syrian mobile number, the site asks sms.iwifi.sy to send the order number and private tracking link to the contact number you entered. The dispatch result is saved with the order; gateway acceptance does not prove delivery. Keep your link private.
You may create an account with one account/display name, a Syrian mobile number and a password. The site stores the name, mobile number, verification date and salted password hash. For registration or password recovery, your phone number and a message containing a one-time code are sent to the company gateway at sms.iwifi.sy for delivery over the mobile network. Codes expire after 30 minutes; the store keeps only their keyed hashes and limited records to prevent excessive attempts. Previous accounts retain their original login and recovery-code access without a verified phone. Sign-in uses a host-only cookie marked HttpOnly for seven days.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp after saving a request, the order details and contact information are included in a message to WhatsApp. No retention period is specified for orders or account data.
