Browse the catalog and add the items and quantities you want to your cart.
- Choose a path
For direct WhatsApp, send your cart with its items, quantities, and price details; you do not need to enter contact details or save a request first. Or choose the saved-request form and enter your name, phone number, city, delivery address, and any optional notes.
- Review and follow up
A saved request displays its number and a private tracking link you can copy. For non-demo requests, the site requests an SMS with this link to the Syrian mobile number entered; if dispatch fails, the link remains available in the confirmation. Keep that link private; it contains the code used to view the order summary. For either path, the store reviews availability and agrees delivery and payment details with you. The displayed total excludes delivery.
